Update your Details

It’s important to keep your contact details up to date and this form will help. You only need to enter any changes, i.e. if you have a new mobile phone, you don’t have to fill in the box for emails etc.

Our contact with you would primally be via work phones and work emails for those working members within the BT Group companies. Home details would only be used for important messages that we cannot send via work systems
